In block 13, the form says "I certify that I am the CLEO of the organization......having jurisdiction in that area of residence______________________________________________________________
(Name of maker) I assumed that "Name of Maker" meant my address. Did I assume right? Also, will the ATF accept fingerprint cards if it has a word error on that has been lined through? I put ATF Form 4 in "Reason Fingerprinted" while I should havee put ATF Form 1. |

They said what you said, makers address is my address. They also said I could white out the error on the fingerprint cards. |
