It says:
-Question 4a- "Name and location of original manufacturer of firearm (receiver)" Do I put MY address or the address of the lower receiver manufacturer or what, I am confused. I have a Sabre Defence lower by the way. ALSO: Do I sign in box 7AND 8 if I am using a trust, or just sign in box 7? |

You need to put the original manufacturer of firearm (Sabre Defence) and there city and state I think it's Nashville, TN but what ever it says on your lower. . Box7 Sign your name / Grantor & Trustee Box 8 write your name and Grantor & Trustee. |
