No, your C&R is irrelevant for NFA purposes.  What would you put down for an EIN???

I realize the OP is in Florida, but in MO, for example, one must hold an FFL for NFA purposes, and most Missourians choose to get the Type 3 C&R variant; in that case, one simply types "n/a" or leaves blank the EIN portion. Other states may have similar requirements.
