I'm completing the Form 1 for a SBR as an individual.
Previously I purchased a suppressor on a Form 4.
Form 4 has a Law Enforcement Certification, without which the ATF will not proceed.
The Form 1 has Law Enforcement Notification, the Sheriff is just being notified, he has no veto power unless I am a prohibited person already, correct?

The notification vs certication, is the result of 41f, not a difference between form1 and form4.

Thanks, I never went the trust route so 41f wasn't on my radar.

If you're seeing a Certification section, you have an out of date form.

I was looking at my stamped form for my suppressor.
All good now, paperwork headed out tomorrow, then the wait.
