[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Form 4 (Manufacturer Address) question

About to send off some Form 4's I picked up yesterday at the dealer. They were kind enough to fill in all their info and the manufacturers info before they printed it out.

Question is: In box 4(a) They got everything EXCEPT the manufacturer's ZIP CODE.

Is this necessary? Should I just write/pen it in there at the end of the address, just to be safe?

I have 2 form 4s that do not have the zip code included in 4a but they are from a couple years ago.
Some of the examiners may have gotten more stringent since then.
You could certainly write it in if you want.

I have approved F4s from the last year or so ranging from just the manufacturer's name in that field, to name/street/city/state/zip. Most of them are just name/city/state, similar to what's engraved on the suppressor (or SBR).

Zip Code is a mailing address and not necessary. NFA firearms made before 1963 probably do not have zip code since it was not used till then.
