Looking over Form 4.
It appears that for a supressor transfer TO a trust, no transferee signature is required?
Is this correct then: NO photo, NO signature?

+1. FWIW, when I signed my Form 4, I added "Trustee" to the side of my name for clarity and had no issues.

I signed mine as Grantor and Trustee. Worked fine.

Signature is NOT required. My entire back page has no ink on it at all. In fact, I never even saw my form until it came in.

Citizenship form is filled out in Grantor's name, yes?
