| I have a few cans and SBR's but am thinking of taking the plunge on an M16, here is the problem, it is only registered in 5.56mm but to be honest, 9mm is my priority. So can I ammend the Form 4 to add 9mm as a caliber option? Thanks in advance guys. |
| Buy it using the same information that is on the current form 4. Then after it is transferred into your possession, send a letter the the NFA branch, stating that you intend to periodically change the caliber on on your M16 to 9mm on a limited basis, and that it is not a permanent change, it is just going to be for ocassional use. |
