About to send off 3 form 4's....who do I make the $200 check out to? Just ATF?

I use:
BATFE

i have seen others use:
Bureau of ATF

make sure to put S/N of item in notes section

I think I put dept of justice on mine. I'm sure they'd cash it even if it was made out to mickey mouse.

Mine was US DOJ

They cashed it just the same

If you have 3 forms to send out you can make 1 $600 check. You don't need 3 separate $200 checks and I write them out to BATFE.

Yeah you need $600. Or you can write 3 checks for $200 and list serial number of each form 4 on the checks so it don't get "lost".

Payable to: BATFE

They like to take your money and say they either lose your application or you didn't send in a check for that form.
