My first foray into tax stamps has begun. I got my fingerprints and CLEO sign off this morning and put the forms in the mail.

Now to wait.

SBR'ing my AR pistol...I figured I go with something I already had in the safe.

Next up I want get a 9mm can for my M&P..I also plan on building a 9mm upper for my SBR.

I'm waiting on a F1 for a pistol AR myself.  Excellent choice.

9mm can for an M&P you say?

Why yes....nice. Gemtech?

I'm looking at the Trident 9.

Indeed.  Gemtech Multimount.  Always gets passed around at the range as people are always wowed by a suppressor on the line.

There's a ton of great 9mm cans out there right now, though.  I don't envy your position of having to choose one.

I know..I have been reading and reading, and re-reading about cans.

I have narrowed it down to either the Multi-Mount or the Trident 9.

The guy I bought my M&P from, has the Multi-Mount. He also has a 9mm SBR that was threaded for the metric threading that the M&P barrel came with.

That way he did not have to buy the extra mount.

I bought his M&P, with 5 mags and both barrels for $500...he only had it for a year. Said he was consolidating his guns...

How long ago did you send in your Form 1?

Dang, nice score.

It wasn't too long ago on this one.  Maybe a week or so.  I don't really know.  I try to forget about time when it comes to NFA stuff.

That means that our forms might pass each other there.

I have just put waiting on it out of my mind. When it get's here, it get's here.

Thanks, I was not looking, per say, for a M&P 9mm....considering at that time I had the 9mm barrel for the .40...but it was just too good to pass up.

I have a .223 bolt gun and some AR's...maybe in the future..but I want to suppress some stuff I can shoot in the back yard.

I really cannot shoot my AR's.....22lr and a 9mm I can.

Actually, the wait starts after the ATF cashes your check.
