This might seem really dumb, but how does the gas adjustment work.
Does turning to the right open, or close the gas system? |
| It's easiest if you don't try to remember and just look at the gas adjustment ring. There's a little cutout near the gas block side of the ring, angled so that as you turn it one direction, the cutout covers more of a gas vent hole, but turned the other way the cutout covers less of the whole. The more of the hole that is covered up, the less gas escapes, so the more there is to push the piston and the harder the gun will cycle. |
