I know some silences you need a minimum length to run with, will the Halo work on a 10.5? My NFA deal suggested the Trek, but I have a couple ARs and would prefer a rapid way to put one on all of them, for now.

Also, can I run 5.45 through a 5.56 can? Will the corrosive ammo be detrimental to the can?

Thanks

Yes, yes, and yes (if not cleaned properly. It's not recommended).

5.45 sometimes has issues with stability too.  When I shoot 5.45 at the covered range, it groups nicely, but when I took it to a run 'n gun rifle match, i found evidence of tumbling...

Maybe the heat/faster rate of fire had something to do with it?  Never figured it out, but that quickly nixed any ideas of ever suppressing it.

Yea, I've decided to stick to my YHM 762 Phantom for 5.45. The larger bore just makes me feel better.
