I prefer jacketed 147 grain subsonics.
There shouldn't really be a need to, and there isn't really a way to, unless you use 'the dip'. If you've been shooting unjacketed ammo through it, it might be a different story.

Been shooting jacketed 147, american eagle and Winchester, plus 124 American eagle subsonic

Don't use "the dip." The suppressor is aluminum, and "the dip" damages aluminum.
