So, I have a trust set up, and just ordered my first suppressor. Now I want to get a SBR. How do I go about this?
Can I cut down a rifle I already own? DoI need to buy a complete rifle? Help a NOOB out. |

order the forms from the ATF website, (form 1)
pick out a gun to form 1, then fill out the form with the informatio, serial#, barrel lenght, overall lenght etc etc once form is approved, cut your barrel, buy a new upper, whatever you want to do. also need to have your receiver engraved with your trust info Or you could get a factory SBR from a dealer, on a form4, no need to engrave lower since the manufacturer was the maker not you. |
