Nice.  Get both is always the best option.



I have always loved the lines of the FAL.  Two years ago I bought a DSA Imbel and I absolutely love it.

I commend you on just getting both, but was there a poll somewhere i missed?  BTW, The M1A with bayo lugs are more accurate than the ones without

from what I've seen with my FAL and M1A is that the M1A is the more accurate but for some odd reason I enjoy shooting my FAL a lot more

I have all three, and the M-14 is more accurate. This will be especially true, since you have that bi-pod clamped to the barrel. I believe adding a bi pod adds 1-2 inches to the groups of any FAL, and will dramatically change the POI if you actually use it.

I also have both and there is really no comparison as far as accuracy goes. The M1A shoots very well.
