It's my first time resizing  brass and I got a casing stuck in the sizing die  I know why it happened, I just need to know the best way to get it out, without having the high speed tools to do it!

What caliber we talkin' about?  What kind of dies?  You said you know why it happened, why did it?  Didn't have the case properly in the shellholder, maybe?

Maybe remove the decapping pin assembly, pull it out, and use a punch and hammer to knock it out.  Careful though, you don't want to mess up your die.

What do your instructions say about removing stuck cases?  Might try that first.  Also, when they tell you to lube the case the do so for a reason.

The easiest way is with a stuck case remover kit.   Don't try to push it out with your decapping assembly you will ruin it.

Unless they are Lee dies. Lee's decapper is designed to be used as a stuck case remover/punch.

If you're talking really low buck removal;  IF  you have enough brass hanging out of the die to get a really good purchase on it with a pair of channel locks or vice grips, you MIGHT be able to rotate it and work it out.  Of course the piece of brass will be toast.

If it's stuck up in the die then yeah you have to either use a stuck case kit or punch it out from the top, assuming you can get the center spindle out.

If you are careful and screw the bushing that holds the decapping rod out to where it falls to the neck (upside down). Carefully drill out the primer pocket out without powering through and destroying the rod, and not run the tap all the way through. The only thing you might ruin is the pin,, I've done that on RCBS dies using the stuck case remover.

RCBS, 223, was only lubing every third case.  Won't do that again!  Just got back from the store with RCBS  case remover kit.   I'll try my hand at that!
