Will a HK91 trigger housing work on a HK93 if you cut the extra hole off the back?

No, it won't work on an MP5. It needs a push-pin hole in the front for that.

Sorry guys, didn't mean to be vague. I meant that the corresponding frames could be made to work.
A G3 frame can be made to fit an MP5, HK33/53. An HK91 can be made to fit an HK94/93.
