My USP Tactical usually throws brass in a nice tiny little pile, but when I had one of those flash supressors from CCF on it, it was very random, and I would often get brass right back in my face. Not sure if it was because of the recoil reduction properties of the f/s or what... Any chance you have the same sort of device attached, or perhaps one round happened to be a bit light?
