Does anyone have the link to the website that has instructions on how to build your own handguard removal tool? I've tried searching and I havent come up with anything yet.

that's funny,
i just take mine off by hand. i pull down the delta ring and use a little screw driver to get the edge of the bottom grip "started" on the delta. then it's a simple twist-slide off.
