Can I transfer a used handgun to an individual in Cali through an FFL?

A handgun can only be transferred in California if it has passed the California drop test or if it is a private party transfer between residents of California. Check to see if your handgun is on the "certified for sale" list...

No problems. Just ship it to a Cali FFL same as you would for any out state to state transfer.
