| Okay, well I feel better knowing that some of you are in the same boat as me. I ordered a bunch of TAG stuff from them when they had their sale, and I saw that they billed me, but me order has been processing for days. I also tried calling them only to find that the phone number they posted for customer service is TAG's number. What's up with that? Are they actually affiliated with TAG rather than just a distributor of TAG gear? |

Just got it. I'm confused - how do I install side plates? I have a couple of side soft armor panels I want to put in the c-bun but I don't see any openings. Seems like a great carrier anyway. Back of it were the bungee cord stuff is that tightens the cumberbund up are opening with hook and loop |

I placed my order on 8/26/11 was billed on 8/29/11 . 14 days
From time payment was made no carrier. I called 2 times and emailed Friday Apparently due to power outage nothing happened. I emailed last night again. Called And spoke to a human being 2 times today. They cant even find my order. So I have no choice but to go to my bank and let them handle it. They took my # and said They would call me back and guess what they didnt. I wouldn't order anything from them . Period |

| they are way behind on all orders because the power was out last thursday in san diego, and they didn't really have much power friday, then the weekend off. so since monday they've been putting orders in. I ordered last tuesday. charged friday, according to the young woman who answered the phone today, i'm still not in the system. |

My shellback Banshee arrived today the USPS sucks the big one 17 days from shipment it arrived .. I have nothing but good things to say about hte people i dealt with
once they understood what had happened all worked itself out . next time i order from them i pay the extra and fed ex or UPS it up here . pics to follow . |

| Also, I called today and got a tracking number for my order that should be at my house by Wed. They shipped it UPS too, which was intresting since I didn't pay for it, but I think since they had the power outages and they also had a pipe burst yesterday that they just upgraded the shipments to UPS. |

I'd asked a question about the status of my order on facebook, and even during non-business hours they responded and were very helpful. Got me a tracking number and information even with the office closed. I'd definitely do business with them again! my banshee should be at my house tuesday and i can't wait to get it! |
