Got this from a buddy and can't find any info on it. Google image search turns up nothing and knife-makers at local gun shows have all looked it over and drawn a blank. Heavy, carbon steel blade with a serious edge. Looks like PTFE or some other spray-on coating on the blade. Came with a molded Kydex sheath with heavy duty male velcro on one side. No markings aside from a small plate imbedded in the tang which is stamped "A2  32".

'A2' could be the steel.

Normally I would think a decent manufacturer would mark their logo. If it is A2 tool steel, that is pretty good steel. You don't see it a lot because it's not stainless, but steel really strong. Maybe it is custom? Can you tell what material the handles are made from? Can you post the sheath? I thought it might be some kind of dive knife, but not with a2 steel. I'm not a expert so this is just my opinion. Good luck

Many manufacturers do sterile runs of blades from time to time....course, most of those are pretty recognizable anyways, so....long story short, I have no idea what this is, and second that A2 is indicating the steel..

There's something about it that makes me think of Tekna knives.  But I agree, A2 wouldn't be good for a dive knife and that's what Tekna mostly made.

I know this might be a dumb question, but did you try taking the handle off, to see if there was anything there
to ID the knife.??
