I found this for sale in my area. Any idea what it is? The seller says its a ww2 German from 1910

It's more likely Belgian, although the Germans did make copies too.

It's a "Velo-Dog" revolver, or a clone in the style. Translates as "Bike Dog", Velo being short for Velocipede. Literally made for late 19th/early 20th Century Euro-weenie cyclists to shoot at dogs chasing them.

It's probably chambered in some oddball .32 caliber, possibly even rimfire .32. Or something even more off the wall like 6mm.

I wouldn't pay more than $125 for it, and only if you like collecting curios.

WWII German from 1910 ?

That was before both world wars......

Proubly made in 1910. Most gov manufacturers stamp date of when it was made in lue of a serial number.
