Hello All,
A friend of mine inherited this from his late father, who in turn received it from his father who was a Canadian WWII vet. He would like help identifying it and possibly place a value on it. He wants to sell it to me, as he knows I have an interest in such things, and I want to offer him a fair price. He has no desire to keep it for the simple fact that he's Jewish, his late father was not. Any thoughts? Sorry for the crappy pic, but it was taken with a phone. Thanks in advance.
