Question 1. I downloaded the form. Can I make single sided print out or does it have to be double sided like the original forms
Question 2. Can I make up a trade name and Is that what gets engraved on firearm or my name (filing as individual) Question 3. Would the type for fiearm to be made be called a short barreled rifle? If you really want to help me I am making a Zenith Z-5K pistol to a SBR is the name and address of original manufacturer or importer Zenith Firearms 10517 Critzer Shop Road Afton, VA 22920 is the original model Z-5k or Z 5k thanks |

A2: not if filing as an individual; for an entity, that's the trade name as well A3: yes Bonus Answers: use exactly what's engraved on the firearm for name, address and model...street address isn't required And in case you missed it...this sticky may be useful to you... |
