This

Or

This one!

Going to the 700 mark is stretching it for me, I really am not in a position to buy a safe but my last gun purchase put me mentally over the threshold of being comfortable with my collection being where it currently is.

If you could only have those two, which would you pick?

Reason I say only those two is because I cannot find any safes anywhere else locally that are within that price range.  Everything else needs to be shipped and it is very pricey.

When I move out of this house I will be doing a very large and very expensive safe but this has to be a 5 year plan safe.

What say ARFCOM?

Thanks!

I say the second one! Although I wish I could see a picture of the inside. 700 for that is cheap. For a 24 gun safe here in New Zealand your looking at 2500 easily :(

Well the local store has 6 of them in stock (The winchester) so I am going tomorrow to look at it.

IF I decide I like it, I will most likely get it this weekend.

Well they had them.  They also had the cheaper cannon.

I do not like the cheaper cannon at all.  The interior is just very cheap feeling.

The Winchester safe though, wow.  That thing is a nice piece.  I feel as though for the money you just cannot beat it.

I am going to go get it Saturday.  I am pretty excited to say the least!

There are some really interesting pictures somewhere around here with a Winchester safe with the top beaten off from a hammer in just a few minutes.  They are stitch welded. Not necessarily worse than the cannon, but just know what your getting.  It will most likely keep out who you're trying to keep out, and sure as heck better than nothing.

Heading to lowes after work to see the Centurion made by Liberty.  They have this one in stock.

I figure it don't hurt to go see it.

I currently have nothing.  Any of these safes will be good for what I need.  When I am a bit older and get a house I will go with a nice big Fort Knox safe.  That is a great investment I just don't have the cash or the room right now.

Well I did not like the Centurion.  Interior was cheap feeling and I dont like the layout.

Honestly for what I need the Winchester is going to be impossible to beat at that price point.

I know it is not a Graffunder but it sure as hell beats my wooden box attached to the wall hiding the pegboard with a lock on it!  I think a five year old could pull the entire thing down off the wall if they wanted too.
