I have $350-$400 for gun money, what should I buy? a new upper (what length) from J&T distributing, or 1-2 Mosin Nagant? I already have an 20" A2, I'll be using what ever I get for hunting, plinking, SD, and HD.

Look around a bit, and you can probably find a good used upper
and a M/N, with a little left overfor ammo. Sounds to me like
you need a good shotgun, though.

Check out the EE here at ARFcom. Lots of good deals there.

Somewhere in there, an upper and a M/N await you: AR15.com EE.

With a little patience, I'm sure you can get both and still come in under your budget.

Getting both: It's the right thing to do.
