Is there a trick to open it ? I can figure it out. It came with my Sako ..It spins when I try to unsrew it.Please help

It should be just a pull out and push in pin. They can be a pain in the ass. Some will use a c clip to prevent any accidental removal but, no need they are secure.

It should..but it's not. usually you loosen the nut and you pull out.This one NO.

Do you see anywhere to use a small allen/torx/small tool, whether on the ends of the pin or on the swivel itself?

I got it finally..I had to push on the back side with edge of work bench to get it started.The tip was given to me in GD.
