Hello all I just had a quick question for all the Quicken experts out there. I have the QW 2006 version and I finally got around to setting up my trust document (which will be reviewed by a lawyer friend of mine). Do any of you know how to print the certification of trust? It appears when I do a print I can only print the Declaration of Trust, Letter to Successor, etc. Thanks very much for your help! Infinite1 |
| I'm using the 2008 edition and could only print the declaration and the schedule also. When you log back in to the doc it will ask you if you've transferred the property, signed it, etc. I think it you answer yes you now have a valid trust and it will let you print the certificate. That's just my guess, hopefully somebody can confirm it. |
I don't think you want to do this, because after you click on signed it, etc., you get a watermark on it every time you try to print the declaration after that. Then, you would have to start over if you wanted to print out a trust declaration without the watermark. ETA: When I want a certification, I just do as jadams951 says. I'm not sure a certification is necessary anymore anyway, since apparently you have to submit a copy of the declaration now. I submitted both, just to be on the safe side. |
They are different. The schedule A is the actual list of your property in the trust. The assignment of property is another form that transfers the property in and out of the trust. |
