[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Help with Form 1

I'm filling a Form 1 for an SBR with a DDLES 9mm lower.

No "model" is stamped on the lower and DDLES's web site doesn't have a "model" listed for the lower I own.

What do I put on Form 1, item 4d.? (asking for "model")

what was the "model" listed on the 4473 when you originally purchased the lower ?

on the right side of the receiver what is listed under their name ? that should be the "model"

You can put AR-15.
