Do you think I can get away with a wood inch pattern stock to replace the tore up one that came with my G-1 kit.

So what say you?

inch wood will not fit a metric (G1 is metric) lower.
you can use a complete inch lower on a metric upper, but if your 922 stuff is in/on the lower (HTS/PG) they will not work on the inch lower and will need replaced.
