Fagan rules. My friends and I own an AR-15 24" match, M4 semi carbine, Sig 229 .40S&W, and a Ruger GP100 .357 mag all purchased from him. NO complaints whatsoever.

5.45x39 is my all time favorite calibre...so i'm very interested in how this will pan out.

skaere is absolutely correct about the recoil. 5.45 in an ak-74 delivers only about 2/3rds the felt recoil of an m-16a2. and 5.45 is an accurate round...even out of my sar-2. i can't wait to hear how it shoots out of a high quality barrel.

i think we may have a winner here!

Anyone think the recoil of the .50 beowulf might beat your rifle to crap?
I'd want a little more eye relief on my scope before I touched that round off. Anyone agree?
Anyone got a price on a box of 20 .50 Beowulf cartriges? I bet its close to a buck a round.

Any range reports on this upper?  How it work?
Any problems with the AR mags. with that round?
