I was shooting my brand new Hk45 when the empty cartridge didn't extract but got stuck in the slide preventing it from going forward all the way
what happened ?

that would be my guess.
all 3 of mine including the hk45c were dead reliable.

This, I've tried tol imp wrist my HK45 and my USPC 40 and can't get them to choke.
