When I sent in my cracked bolt, Ray had a new one sent out either the same day or day after he received it.  Very fast.

Their turn around time is excellent. It shouldn't take long.

I've had my cracked bolt out for about 3 weeks now.

I'm incredibly patient though, so by no means is this a complaint, just sharing my experience

ETA:
just got home from school and there was a package from UPS!! off to the range for me.
