How do I go about procuring an SBR? My project is a V-51. From what I read, I have to set up a trust. Does anyone have a sample they would care to provide? I would like to see how it is set up, wording etc. I have not come across a thread that has everything point by point. All help would be greatly appreciated. |

SBR FAQ OK so not exactly step by step but it's all there... Basics----get gun, fill out form 1 (to make SBR), either get CLEO sign off/prints/photo or go Trust via Willmaker (software), send form 1 and cert. comp. along with $200 to NFA, engrave lower (this can fall anywhere in the order and that's been subject to much debate...), wait for NFA to approve then put on short barrel or get cut, etc.... |
