I don't believe it's gonna fly. The general consensus is that the CLEO signatures and FP cards are good for 1 year after signature date.

YMMV

Had the same thing happen. Got all the paperwork done and everytime I got the money together seems as though something came up that was more pressing. Ended up sending them in at the 11 month mark and the ATF cashed my check and I havent heard anything from them. I couldn't find anything in writing that said how long you have from when the papers are signed, but 1 year sounds like a good bet.

Why didn't you send in the papers to the ATF? I usually can't wait to send off my papers as soon as i can to get the ball rolling to start the long wait for approval.

Here's for photos. Too lazy to look for CLEO signature and fp cards, but it is 1 year also.

§ 479.85 Identification of transferee.
If the transferee is an individual,
such person shall securely attach to
each copy of the application, Form 4
(Firearms), in the space provided on
the form, a photograph of the applicant

bare, with the distance from the top
of the head to the point of the chin
approximately 1 1/4 inches, and
which shall have been taken within 1
year prior to the date of the application.
