| I'm thinking about getting one of their UZI's but don't know much about the quality of their guns. Anyone have one or a gun made by them? |

Best bet is to ask in the Armory section. There is a pistol caliber carbine section as well as a class 3 weapons section. Probably get more hits there. This area is to talk about AR-15 rifles and components.
Try the Hk section in the armory. Vector does a sizable chunk of their business in the Hk clone field, and you will probably get more hits there if your question is more of a general nature about Vector. To try to answer your question, the transferable full-auto vector UZI's are supposed to be among the best transferable UZI's. I have no idea about their semi-autos, but suspect that the parts kits came from the same south african source as the full autos but have been appropriately modified for closed-bolt operation. Let's put it this way. I am personally saving for a full-auto UZI, and the Vector is at the top of my list. Then of course, there is Uzitalk, strumgewhar, and the other websites more dedicated to Class 3 weaponry. |

I don't have a complete Vector Arms but I have their .45 grease gun mag conversion lower installed on my pre ban IMI Uzi model B .45 carbine.
My IMI Uzi upper and the Vector Arms lower and mags works great, now I have a high capacity 30 rd mags to rock and roll with. |

I have one of their Uzi's, and a V93. Other than a slight issue with the Uzi (bought during the hysteria right after the AWB sunset), they've both been great. Vector took care of the issue post-haste as well.
ETA: Mine is an IMI receiver, not the Group Ind. one. |

Full auto Group Industries RR from Vector Arms. Lots of fun. Never had a problem. http://i838.photobucket.com/albums/zz305/tz1998/uzi1.jpg Invest in a Lula if you get one! http://i838.photobucket.com/albums/zz305/tz1998/uzi2.jpg Have you fired that? It still looks new, except where the stock has wear from being folded and unfolded. |
