I know it depends on how much you throw, but does anyone have an idea of around how many rounds of .223 you will get from 1 lbs. of H335.

Go to the powder company's site and look at the min and max.

Divide 7000 by them.

Min - 23 grains - 304 rounds per pound

Max - 25.3 grains - 276 rounds per pound

Try loading 308 or magnum rifle and you may only get 100-150 rounds per pound.

No kidding.  I just started reloading .308 with an 8lb jug of 4895.  It's half gone already and I don't seem to have much to show for it!

7,000 grns in a pound of powder.  25grns in a .223 load for a 55grn FMJBT bullet. So you get 280 rounds from 1 lbs of H335.
