Has anyone had this done to a pistol or rifle? Is it durable or does it scratch the first time you bump it or put it in a holster? Any recommendations for companies performing this?

second this looking at this as an alternative to ceramic finish any help would be appriciated

I have one rifle and two shotguns that came from the factory "dipped" and they are holding up very well to the normal use of a hunting gun. I would't hesitate to another gun dipped.
