I designed and printed this adapter, and so far it seems to work great. I thought others here might have a similar need, so I posted the files for anyone who want to print one. It's set up for a 62mm lens thread but it's easy enough for me to change it to something else if that's not what you need - just let me know and I'll upload another version. If you don't have a printer or know someone who does, just shoot me a DM. I'll print you a couple and send them your way for the cost of postage. ETA photos:

Elbit thin-filmed tube, WP, etc. I don’t recall the FOM off the top of my head, but I believe the one I originally got was ~2,400; he replaced it under warranty when the old tube up and died one day .The new one is better than my original one. |
