Where would be the best place to attach an IDF style sling on an 870 Express ?

Here are some pics of the sling incase you've never heard of it. It uses para cord to attach it

I think something like this, I just gotta figure out how to tie it around the stock

You think the way in the AR pic is good ?

What about a GG&G sling plate? Would that cut it?

I was going to try just wrapping it around the mag tube extension, and the other part around the stock near the grip area

I'll post pics when I get it done, i'll see how it works and think of something else if I have to

Here is a pic of it

I used a surgeons knot around the clamp. Then another surgeons knot around the stock and it's looped around and through the sling hole with a square knot

Not sure if the knots will hold up, i dont know anything about knots except for the quick google I did. It needs to be tighter around the stock though, not sure what other knot would be better
