I know these are M14/M1A mags... but I have no other info on them.  Are these cheap Pro-mags?  They have no stamping, marking, nothing.

Go to www.m14forum.com   They have the best info on the M14 that you will be able to find.
Look at the dimple welds on the side. Look really close for markings on the non dimple welded side.
How much did you pay for them? Cheap is usally not a good sign. You could for a while pick up USGI for $25 from Armalite. Real USGI mags on the open market go from $25 to $60 depending on where you get them.
Check out that website.  From your picture, you can't tell what you have.

I'd need to see good Pics of the locking tab and welds. With that blued finish, they could be Type 57 mags from Taiwan. Are you having trouble with them?

See the Pictorial M14 Magazine Identification Guide at www.imageseek.com/m1a  From the one photo above, I don't get a warm and fuzzy feeling about them.

They are the ones known as "Taiwanese".  I dont think anyone really knows where they come from, as they arent marked, but thats usually how they are referred to.  I think Sportsmans guide calls them "milspec".  I think they're junk, but your mileage may vary.

edited:  if the follower is plastic, then they are probably ProMag.  The Taiwanese have a metal follower.

Look like type 57s to me. Taiwanese. For the money [if cheap] they are not bad mags at all. MUCH better then most aftermarket mags. Take em apart, clean em up good inside and out [surface rust] and shoot away. Mine work absolutely fine in my M1As, got them from Midway for $8 apiece or some such amount. Little rust but nothing a bit of cleaning up would not fix.
