I have some 5.56 tracer pulls that I'm looking to load up soon but the only power i currently have is IMR4895. Anyone know if there is a good grain charge to help ensure they light? A friend of mine uses H4895 with nearly 100% lighting.

You could start with ~21.0gr and work up from there.
The TM says that WC-844 is used. The canister grade version is H-335.

I can't speak to .223 loadings, but IMR-4895 has the potential to be a real tack-driver in .308. I working on a load now that shows real promise.
If you have Speer #14, read page #47.
Good luck with your tracer load. Wish I had more to add.
