14" 870 SBS and a 10" AOW. Both factory Remington. I put a Wilson +1 on the SBS and a Shockwave birdshead on the AOW.
12.5" 870 SBS form 1 with 12" Salvo. 
I just found a youth Wingmaster stock and put it on tonight (what's in the pic). Took 2" off the LOP. I need to pick up an 8" rod set for the Salvo. At 12" it's crazy long. I've also got a 14" Mossberg 500 AOW but no picture. |

12.5" 870 in Burnt Bronze. I need to bug my friend on doing the stock and fore end in wood :) Working on a Model 11 as well:

Barrel in the pic is 13.1" after a quick experience with the hack saw. I ended up chopping the barrel flush, approx 12.4". Need to hit Home Depot on the way home for a file. Still contemplating a brass bead or a trijicon/mepro dot. Hmm... I think I'm too big of a pussy to cut 1" from the stock.

Much more comfortable to shoot with a recoil pad

My first SBS with paperwork hopefully going in this weekend. Hopefully I can get it by the end of the year
