I have a Rem 700P.  I removed the action from the stock after deer season to give the rifle a cleaning before putting it up.  Remington shows to torque the screws to 65 inch/pounds.  I cannot find a torque wrench that goes that high.  Help....

I have a wrench I bought from Manson Reamers.  You'll have to look in the downloadable catalog, it's an inline tool similar to the FAT.  The price is about $80.

I like it fine.

You can find a truckload of them on E-bay. If you have no use for an adjustable torque wrench, at times you can find a Seekonk pre-set to 65in/lb for short money. For my shop, I have several Seekonks in different torque values. Had them all calibrated recently by Seekonk, and after years of use they were all within spec.

The $20 harbor freight inch pound torque wrench has good precision, this is how I build a correction chart to get accuracy.
