| Does IN require your trust papers to be filed in court, or can I just get them notarized? |
| Use Quicken Willmaker and take the results to your bank and sign them in front of a Notary. The Notary then signs and stamps that they witnessed you (and whomever else is a Grantor of the Trust) sign in their presence. Then you are done. Depending on your bank they may charge you for the Notary service. |
