If you buy on that is 16'' or better due you have to pay for a stamp?
like wise if its under 16''?

it needs a stamp fro the suppressor and another stamp for the lower if it's under 16"

Just one stamp for an intagrelly suppressed 16" upper. G-Man Weaponry in Georgia sells 16" overall length suppressed uppers and will also take your existing 16" upper, cut it down and perm attach one of his suppressors bringing the OAL back up to 16".
