OK, I've Trust for years but when I created the Trust I made a dumb mistake and registered w/ my whole name + wife's name.
I remember reading somewhere "it's always a good idea to register your whole name in case some LEO...bar bar bar"....

So, to make a long story short my current trust name is like "John Preston Goodman & Janet Annabelle Goodman Revocable Living Trust" + "Atlanta, GA"....
Now try to engrave that sh** on your beloved receiver.
What's my option? I've multiple full-auto under this trust.

Should I send a official letter to ATF for asking name change? I like it as short as possible... perhaps tree letter abbraviation like, "JPG Trust, Atlanta, GA."
Anyone done this before?
Or should I create a entire new separate living trust? is it possible to have multiple living trust?

You can have as many trusts as you want.  You can't change the name of an existing trust.

I just got my prepared, and the lawyer wanted to name it the "FredMan MiddleName LastName and Wife MiddleName Lastname Revocable Trust";  I put the kibosh on that, asking how the hell I was going to get that engraved on a lower.

The final name is "myinitials-herinitials Trust", 10 letters including spaces.

I'd suggest you get a new trust with a more reasonable name and then transfer into that.

So no DBA type of renaming is allowed?
The sad part is that I sent the SBR form about three months ago not realizing that I could create another trust.
How can you transfer my current NFA items from old trust to new trust?
Do I have to report the change to ATF?
Any thoughts?

A transfer from one trust to another requires a $200 tax stamp and will transfer on a Form 4.

Legally you can amend your trust to change the name but I understand the ATF frowns on it if you already have items in the trust.
