I'm trying to get my overgassed 20" SR25 Match dialed in with a suppressor (Rugged 7.62). The rifle has an LMT MARS H receiver extension and spring (16" 38 coil which is longer and more coils than the KAC version) and an H3 buffer. I installed a .082" port BRT EZTUNE gas tube and the rifle ejects mostly to the 2 o'clock down from 1 o'clock. It ejects to the 3 o'clock unsuppressed. Should I keep messing with trying to get it closer to the 3 o'clock suppressed or does this sound about right? |

You should try a KAC SR-25 Receiver Extension, Spring and Buffer. Possible that your Bolt Carrier Group is traveling too far aft with your current construction of parts. Additionally, no need for a new thread when you could have continued this discussion in your previous thread about Bolt Catch. |

I'm currently getting about .040" of travel past the bolt latch. When I put a spacer like a quarter behind the buffer spring it doesn't change the ejection pattern but does prevent the bolt catch from being able to engage most of the time. My apologies on the additional thread. I still had questions and concerns but wasn't getting responses in the old thread. |
