Well I decided to bite the bullet and go ahead and order the Kidd SS Trigger.  I can't believe a 22 trigger cost the same as the whole gun did originally, so I hope it is worth it.  I guess if i don't like it I can always throw it on the EE here.  What do the used OEM trigger group assemblies usually sell for?  I may go ahead and sell that with the auto bolt release and the Tactical solutions magazine lever i had installed since the Kidd comes with those.

You wont be sorry. The kidd trigger is the best thing I have ever done for my 10/22, 100% worth the money.

Even the early 10/22 triggers were marginal and the more recent ones have gotten worse and worse as time went on.

Don't know if it is fear of liability or not giveing a shit but ruger seems to go out of its way to make their guns shoot horrible with stupid triggers.

The good aftermarket triggers (Kidd has a great reputation) really make the 10/22 shine.

Buy once, cry once , shoot happily ever after

You will not be disappointed.  I have a Kidd trigger on one of my 10/22 rifles and its a very nice trigger.
