Does anyone have one? If so, how do you like it? I am considering one, with the additional top rail. I wish the top rail extended all the way back to the rear sight though... |

I have both the KAC and SureFire MP5 rail handguards. The KAC unit sides are longer, for use with KAC's MP5 Aimpoint mount (it attaches to the right side rails). SureFire's unit is probably a bit lighter, comes with no rail panels (mine didn't anyway). Neither of them have the top rail, it would interfere with the cocking handle. If you want top rails, you have to get something like B&T's rail mount, which installs where claw mounts would normally go. Both of my B&T mounts do go almost all the way back to the rear sight.
